1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or engaging our services, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

The Solar Battery Power provides solar panel installation, battery storage installation, panel cleaning, maintenance, and related services. All services are performed by CEC-accredited installers in accordance with Australian Standards and relevant electrical safety regulations.

Quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. All prices are inclusive of GST and the applicable STC rebate discount at the time of quoting.

3. Warranties

Product Warranties: All solar panels and inverters are covered by the manufacturer's product warranty as specified in the product documentation provided at installation. Panel performance warranties are typically 25 years; inverter warranties are typically 5–10 years.

Workmanship Warranty: We warrant our installation workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of installation. This covers defects arising from our installation work, including roof penetration integrity.

Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@thesolarbatterypower.com.au with your installation details and a description of the issue.

4. Government Rebates & STC Process

All quotes include the STC (Small-scale Technology Certificate) rebate as an upfront discount. The STC quantity and value is calculated at the time of installation and may vary slightly from the quoted amount due to changes in STC market price.

You authorise The Solar Battery Power to create and surrender STCs on your behalf as part of the installation process. The STC discount applied to your invoice constitutes payment in full for this assignment.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Solar Battery Power's liability to you is limited to the re-performance of the relevant service or a refund of the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or special loss or damage.
